At Sweepy's, we believe that a clean home or business is a happy one. That's why we offer a Clean Guarantee to ensure our customers receive top-quality cleaning services and complete peace of mind.
With our Clean Guarantee, we promise to address and resolve any concerns that you may have with our cleaning services. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, the service is free of charge. We understand that a clean home or business is important to our customers, and we are committed to providing top-quality services that exceed their expectations.
To ensure that our Clean Guarantee is valid, we ask our customers to notify us within 24 hours of any unsatisfactory work performed and provide us or our representative agents with an opportunity to inspect the work within 48 hours of the service. If we determine that the service did not address the concerns stated at the original service we will schedule re-clean free of charge. We also ask our customers to properly care for and maintain the areas that we have cleaned and avoid causing any damage to them after the service.

Sweepy's guarantees are valid for all customers and services provided. To be eligible for the guarantees, customers must notify Sweepy's within 24 hours of the service if there is any unsatisfactory work performed. Customers must provide Sweepy's or its representative agents with an opportunity to inspect the work within 24 hours of the service. Sweepy's will not be responsible for any damages caused by the customer or resulting from faulty installation of flooring surfaces or assembly of upholstered surfaces, mattresses, patio furniture, etc. Sweepy's will not be responsible for any pre-existing damage. Claims under these guarantees will not be covered if the customer does not allow Sweepy's or a representative thereof to inspect the areas of concern within 48 hours after their service or if Sweepy's is not notified within 24 hours of unsatisfactory work performed.
