Sweepy's 120 Day Stain-Free Guarantee is a promise to you that any stain treated and removed during your cleaning service will not return. If the stain reappears within 120 days, Sweepy's will return to treat it again for free. However, there are some important details to keep in mind.
The guarantee has a limitation of one visit within the 120 day period. To be eligible for the guarantee, customers must notify Sweepy's within 24 hours of noticing the stain. The guarantee expires 120 days from the date of the original service. However, if a customer has a regular service prior to the expiration of the 120 day period, the original 120 days will continue for the remainder of the period, and a new 120 day period will begin for any stains removed at the second service.
The guarantee applies to any stain removed within Sweepy's operating market, which includes Pinellas County, FL, Pasco County, FL, and Hillsborough County, FL. To maintain the guarantee, customers must properly care for and maintain the area that was cleaned and avoid causing damage to it after the service. If a customer fails to do so, the guarantee may be voided.

The guarantee may be subject to limitations, such as a maximum number of treatments for the same stain or a limit on the total amount of the guarantee.
